Intercare Ltd. has announced the promotion of Salman Bacha to Head of the Floor Care Division & Wastecare Division. In his new role, Salman will be responsible for all floor care and wastecare operations including sales, business development, and customer service.
“Salman's experience and knowledge make him the perfect candidate for this position,” said Balaji Raman, MD, Intercare Ltd. “He has a proven track record in delivering exceptional results and I am confident that he will continue to lead our floor care and waste care team to success.”
Salman joined the Intercare Group in 2011 as a Project Engineer to oversee the installation of underground waste containers in the UAE, a one-of-a-kind project in the region. In 2013, he was given additional responsibility to manage the Wastecare and Environmental Management Division, where he has helped the division triple in size in terms of revenue generation. These developments include the installation of a solar power smart bin, an electric smart vehicle for waste collection for multiple municipalities, fleet sales, electric smart vehicles, street washers and street sweepers.
With the new responsibilities and obligations, Salman feels that technology has become so fundamental to everyday life that we may frequently overlook how advanced the goods we utilise have become. Vacuum cleaners, floor care machines, and many other industrial products now come with features such as Artificial Intelligence to provide the greatest of convenience, efficiency, cost savings, and safety. He also believes in utilising robotic technology and cutting-edge floor cleaning equipment with his clients, and providing them with a wide range of services like new generation cleaning chemicals, and seamless post-sales support will be his focus areas in the new role.
“With his dynamic experience and commitment to quality, we are confident that our customers will continue to receive the superior services and latest floor care solutions, they have come to expect from us. On behalf of the Intercare management and staff, I wish him the best on this journey,” said Raman.
