WASCO, a subsidiary of MEPCO Group, signed a cooperation agreement with Creative Recycling World Factory, under the supervision of the National Center for Waste Management (MWAN), to supply approximately 600 tons of PET plastic materials per month to Bariq Factory, with plans to increase volumes over time to meet operational needs, according to a press statement.

This agreement was signed during IFAT Saudi Arabia, an exhibition for environmental technologies and waste management solutions. As per the statement, during the event, the WASCO delegation engaged in multiple strategic meetings with industry leaders, technology providers, recycling companies, and potential partners to broaden its professional network, explore innovative waste management and recycling solutions, and identify new opportunities with clients and suppliers.

"This partnership supports the circular economy, strengthens the plastic recycling value chain in the Kingdom, and contributes to sustainability objectives and Saudi Vision 2030," read the statement.
