Jason Aranha joined Yes Full Circle in 2020. Despite having no prior experience in the recycling sector, he was passionate about it and quickly became well-versed in all aspects of recycling. A zero landfill advocate, he developed customised solutions to manage end-of-life materials to produce raw materials for re-manufacturing. Where items could not be recycled or upcycled, Aranha developed a process to generate alternative fuel from these materials. Knowing the challenges involved in learning about this industry, he set up a structured training programme to guide and train his various operations team members in recycling. He has developed an AI-driven software that enables traceability and to track the carbon footprint of post processed items, thereby introducing transparency into the recycling process. In recognition of his various efforts, Aranha has been promoted several times and today is the group operations director at Yes Full Circle.
