Tadweer said it planned this week under the guidance of Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health Centre (OSHAD), Abu Dhabi Health Authority and its strategic partner of Health care, the Universal Hospital. Eng. Hani Hosni, Director of Environment, Health and Safety at Tadweer said, "We aim to reach out to our internal and external stakeholders through these activities, to help them learn about the most important challenges and opportunities.

This comes in line with Tadweer’s efforts as a government entity as well as the Waste sector regulatory authority to raise awareness on occupational health and safety amongst our employees and everyone within the chain of waste sector.” The event included free health awareness and screening campaigns and featured workshops for Tadweer’s employees, contractors and the Waste sector entities in order to promote the culture of health and safety at work within the waste management sector.
